The Walkway Quiet Room (on the second floor of St Peter’s House) is open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. and is a multi-faith space for prayer and meditation.
Midday prayer 12.15-12.40 every weekday.
An opportunity to slow down, pause for thought and pray with others.
The prayers are led by one of our ecumenical team and you don’t have to pray out loud. We use a variety of set prayers and open prayers and there is usually a reading and short reflection.
On Wednesdays we also share in communion.
Quaker meeting for worship on every 3rd Thursday of the month 12:15-12;45

There’s also a long tradition of talking to someone about your journey of faith and discipleship. (A bit like a ‘spiritual life coach.’)
This person is sometimes called a ‘spiritual mentor’ or ‘spiritual companion’.
Their role is to help you explore different aspects of your spiritual development in order to see how God, Jesus or the Spirit are leading you.
All the chaplains are happy to help you in this way: reflectively, confidentially and at your own pace.
