Kindness

We’re quite a few weeks into lockdown now and we wonder how you are?  How is your wellbeing and if you’re a person of faith,  how is this time shaping your faith?  There are stories in the Holy Books of people taking time out, of slowing down and reflecting – sometimes it’s forced and at other times it’s chosen – either way they didn’t have Zoom to help them through!

Over the next few weeks we’ll be sharing various meditations, reflection and exercises that are helping us navigate life in lockdown.  We hope that they are of use to you.  Some of them have been produced by our friends at Space to Breathe in Sheffield, and some of them will be produced by us.  As they build up we’ll put them on a new page of the website, but just as a taster here is the first one.  It’s called Kindness and is a mediation that lasts for 15 minutes.  So take some time out, be still and be kind to yourself.
