Care for Carers

A day of special care for those who care for others.

10th June 2022

As part of Carers Week, we’d love to invite anyone who provides unpaid care for others to a special day of TLC and resources just for them.
Join us for events including gardening, mindfulness and massage.  There’ll also be a drop-in session at Milk & Honey cafe – with plenty of cakes and treats, and information about being a Carer at work from 12:30
We’ll have seated massage – clothed and seated –  (so no need to get undressed midday!), and two gentle yoga sessions. One of these will be a very special Every Body is Welcome yoga class – suitable for carers and those they care for with a variety of accessibility needs to practice side-by-side.
It doesn’t matter if you’re a registered Carer or not (we know some people don’t think of themselves in this way if they care for a family member) – you care, now let us care for you.
Multiple locations around St Peter’s House, but there’ll be clear signage on the day. All events are free, but some require pre-booking:
