Wellbeing Week

mindfulNess: make time to not-know

The practice of mindfulness invites us to let go of preconceptions, and explore our unknowing. Zen Buddhism calls this “the Beginner’s mind”, and this 30 minute Wellbeing Week session will borrow this sense of wide-eyed ’newness’ using simple breath-work and bringing focus to the present moment.
