Peri, post or menopausal… no one knows the experience better than those of us living the (hormonal) highs-and-lows every day. And whilst high-profile campaigns have increased visibility to some extent in recent years, day-to-day activities and support seems patchy and a little ‘secret’.
Join our weekly session for yoga postures to support with muscle and joint pain, improved sleep, managing ‘hot flushes’, and bringing a sense of peace when overwhelm and anxiety flare. Information around nutrition, lifestyle and HRT options will also be available.

Every month we will be asking you to help us select a new film from a short-list we’ll make available online and in Milk & Honey. All you need to do is come along, load up with drinks and snacks, settle down, and enjoy the show! There’ll be space to stay for a short post-movie conversation (but you’ll also be welcome to just head off, you do you.)
