Recipe Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 1 onion, roughly chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 carrots, chunkily chopped
- ½ celeriac, chunkily chopped
- 6 spring green leaves, chopped roughly
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 1 can peas, drained
- 1 stock cube
- Water (2 cans worth)
- 100g pasta
- Herby spice mix
- A little salt

- Bread with butter
Recipe Instructions
Heat 1 tablespoons of oil in a large pan. Add the chopped onion and garlic and cook gently for 5 – 10 mins until softened. Add the herb blend and cook for another minute or two. Add the all of the other ingredients except the pasta and bring to a boil over medium heat. Let it boil gently for about 10 minutes. Then add the pasta and cook for another 10-15 minutes or until the pasta is to your liking. Season with a little salt and serve with a (optional) chunk of bread and butter. |
